Administration Building & The Wellness Academy
(Conner Campus – Building A)
Building A houses administration, support staff and special services offices as well as a versatile conference, meeting and training center for small or large groups up to 100 guests.
Psychiatric Urgent Care Clinic
(Conner Campus – Building B)
The Psychiatric Urgent Care Clinic sits adjacent to the Adminstration Building. It provides urgent behavioral health services to adults and children Monday – Friday 9a.m. – 9 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. To make an appointment, please call 313-824-5623.
Adult Services & Detroit Community Health Connection
(East Warren Clinic and Oscar Paskal Health Center)
Integrated behavioral and primary healthcare services are provided at the East Warren location for adults 18+. Detroit Community Health Connection, NIH’s primary healthcare partner and a Federally Qualified Health Center, provides physical and preventive healthcare. Genoa Healthcare offers convenient and expert pharmacy and prescription services. These coordinated care services are integral to integrated healthcare in our community. Child, Youth & Family Services & Detroit Community Health Connection
(Eli Z. Rubin Children’s Wellness Center and Dr. Peter Slaughter Health Center)
Children receive services at the Eli Z. Rubin Children’s Wellness Center at 20303 Kelly Road, but integrated healthcare for families is not forgotten. In December 2018, the Dr. Peter Slaughter Health Center opened and offers pediatric medicine provided by a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner. Low-cost and accessible healthcare is being provided on Detroit’s east side. The NP is available for vaccinations, well-being check-ups and sports and school physicals.
